All roads lead to the First Christian Methodist Church, 7575 South Hampton Road, Dallas, Reverend Joel McCalister, Senior Pastor, on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 4:30 P.M. when Dallas Metroplex Musician’s Association (DMMA) presents its Annual William S. Mitchell Sacred Choral Music Workshop - CONCERT.

We are so very proud to have our very own Dr. Patrick Bradley as the 2026 Clinician. Awarded DMMA’s 2026 Musician of the Year , Dr. Bradley is widely respected for his leadership in church and choral music and brings distinction and inspiration to this year’s workshop and concert.  He recently made his debut as Choir Director at Carnegie Hall.  

This endeavor and other events sponsored by DMMA enable us to award scholarships to worthy students who are pursuing excellence in music. Seven scholarships were awarded for the  2025-2026 school year.

We extend a personal invitation to you and your family and friends to join us. You do not want to miss this gathering of talented and gifted singers and musicians under the leadership of Dr. Patrick Bradley.

Our mission is to promote the achievements of African American musicians; develop, showcase and sponsor young artists; and provide opportunities for performances of all genres of music while preserving the Negro Spiritual, sacred music and traditional hymns.
