Excitement is in the air!  Get ready to be part of Dallas Metroplex Musicians’ Association’s extraordinary William S. Mitchell Sacred Choral Music Workshop!  Every registration for this event will bring us closer to achieving our mission.  Together, we can create a brighter, more compassionate world for us all through music.

We joyfully announce the 2025 Annual William S. Mitchell Sacred Choral Music Workshop will convene Monday through Friday, June 23 - June 27, 2025, from 7:00 P. M. until 9:00 P. M.  The Concert will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 4:30 P. M.  Both the Workshop and Concert will be hosted by Pearly Gate Baptist Church, 6021 University Hills Boulevard, Dallas, Texas 75241, Dr. Robbie L. Moore, Pastor.

We are so very proud to announce — back-to-back — our very own Dr. Clark W. Joseph as the 2025 Clinician.  We heard the responses!  We were so blessed last year with this anointed and highly sought-after director, instructor, composer, and arranger.  We look forward to this year’s experience as well.   

We request your participation in this endeavor. Get ready! Get ready! Get ready!  And, please assist us in getting the word out by inviting others to experience the 2025 Workshop and Concert.  

Pre-registration is $35.00 per person now through June 10th.  Beginning June 11th, $40.00 per person will be applicable for all registrations.  Pre-registration assists us greatly in planning, and ensuring the readiness of your music binder upon arrival.

Online registration is available.  Let’s get registered now.  Please follow the instructions indicated for online payment.  Checks or money orders should be made payable to Dallas Metroplex Musicians’ Association and forwarded to P. O. Box 763785, Dallas, Texas 75376-3785. The online registration form should be printed and forwarded with your check or money order.

This endeavor and other events sponsored by DMMA enable us to award scholarships to worthy students who are pursuing excellence in music.  We are proud to report five scholarships of $1,500 each were awarded during the 2024-2025 school year.
